Great FREE app for thinkers This is a solid 4-star app. My only complaint is that I wished the cypher text and the decoded text were different colors. I'm upping my rating based on other reviews. I think the same-letter substitutions make it more interesting. With 13k quotes to pick from there's no need to complain about content. So if you don't like the moralistic quotes from Tolstoy, Aristotle, Jefferson, and Darwin, you can stick to the Karl Marx and Miley Cyrus quotes. There are repeats, but people repeat themselves.

Update woes I have really enjoyed this Crypogram program. That is until they up dated it. Now all I get is a blank screen. I agree with everybody else that the original was by far the best. They have ruined it by up dating it.

Flawed I just uninstalled this because I there were THREE cryptograms in a row where at least one letter had itself as a substitute. I guess the concept is beyond the makers.

Don't install Same letters are often substitutes for themselves, ie, z = z. And the developers of this app are obstinate and steadfast in IGNORING all the NUMEROUS complaints by people to fix this PROBLEM. They will also ignore this one. Don't install.
