Didn't like the codec options. Sipdroid is more my style. Close though.

Awesome SIP app, easy to, and highly configurable. Nice to be able to easily control SIP registrations. Don't think Google could have devised such a great app! :)

NOW THIS IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!! An app that does what it is simply designed to do.. I have used SIP(voip) for many years on my linux platforms, this just completes my cheap/free calls!

Exactly what I was after Sony Tablet S and HTC Desire HD CsipSimple is very easy to set up thanks to the preconfigured account settings for my provider, iinet in Australia. Fantastic how it integrates with my contacts. My only complaint is that the sound level through the tablet's speakers is very low, but with headphones I can hear the other party a lot better. Sound levels are fine on the HTC. Thanks for the great app.

Family says sounds better than SipDroid! DH and elderly mother complained that SipDroid sounded echo'y. DH says CSipSimple sounds much better, and even partly-deaf elderly father can understand me on CSipSimple (one ear still hears, but garbles words sometimes). I also like that CSipSimple allows more than one telephony service, should Google ever remove free Google Voice. Many popular telephony companies are preconfigged in CSipSimple's wizard, making it much easier to setup. CSipSimple's contact list is not awful, it's just not as obvious as other contact apps. I had to press all around to find how to search contacts: Dial - Head icon - SipUri/Autocomplete to search contacts. Once you've pressed SipUri/Auto, you can Swype or VoiceSearch.

Very often I cannot end a phone call and I have tu turn off my htc-phone, otherwise it would be 5 stars.
