Blocked login. Everytime I tried to login I get user pass lockout pop up. I was on the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes. They did what they could but its not their fault the app is terrible and prevents logins.

It’s not user friendly. First I thought it’s okay to download iPhone 6 S Plus . Now I cannot even get this app from Goodlgle Play store . Defiant not convinced to continue with further download. This bank locations aren’t convenient to walk-in from my place either. First I thought Online banking isn’t that safe, so I tried calling menership services, no pick up during normal business hours . So regret that I have left the balance there. Now I must travel to the bank for their serviCvs

App craps out on Android P. No update to this app since 9/2018. Terrible app! I've been a long term customer. When I try to make a check deposit it fails to read the image even though it is crystal clear. Customer service rep was no help. "Nothing they can do".
