★★☆☆☆ Does not work on iphone. Colors are bad, need more contrast. Cannot rearrange pickups and deliveries, this is a BIG issue. Cannot change weights or volume. The camera scanner only does one at a time, and you have to go all the way into the order to start scanning. Need to be able to just start scanning and then depart. If you hit the little flag next to the scan button it removes all the scans and you have to start over. The depart button is in a terrible location, it is constantly being hit by accident. Battery drain is atrocious. Have to force stop the app after logging out otherwise it keeps sucking battery and data. No way for drivers to exchange orders. But, it actually does work, just not very well. The rest of datatrac is even worse, whether on dispatch, a customer entering an order or on the billing side. Whoever designed this or allowed it to happen should be fired, or worse, forced to use it. It's like it was designed in 1992 and never improved upon.
