Comments on ClipNote Clipboard Manager for Android

★★★★★ This app is perfect, whish there was something similar for the iPhone. I use it for notes all the time, and the clipboard feature is priceless. A+++++

★★★★★ Been using this for years. Very useful as a quick note taker as well, esp. with its icon right there in the status bar. One thing to be careful of if you use it that way … because it wasn't intended as a notepad, there is no 'undo' feature, so if you, for example, highlight a block of text then hit backspace to delete it, there is no way to get it back. But this is not a flaw as it wasn't designed for that purpose, and as a clipboard manager, it is excellent.

★★☆☆☆ Was looking for a clipboard manager to save all copies, and then allow merging them into one bigger clip, even saving clips to different folders... Like "Climate" (Windows) and "Copied" (Apple) do, and to be very simple to learn and use. This doesn't do it. Uninstalled.

★★☆☆☆ Not fully functional No way to save notes or clips to "favorites". Author mentions tapping the star symbol to save a favorite, but there is no star symbol in the menu bar. Suspect app hasn't been updated for latest android 4.4.4.

★★☆☆☆ Pan tech pocket/&/Atrix2 EASE MAKE IT ABLE TO MOVE TO SD CARD. PLEASE............ Good...wen it can move to my sd card, then it's a 5* app...sorry

Description by esoco GmbH Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.

ClipNote is now free and replaces all other free versions of ClipNote.

ClipNote automatically saves anything that is copied into the Android clipboard and provides fast access to previous clipboard entries to re-copy them to the clipboard. It also is a full note-taking application and allows to manage clips and notes through a simple and unobtrusive user interface.

ClipNote uses a background process to capture any change to the system clipboard. This background process only uses very few resources and almost no battery power. But if it is desired it can be switched off in the app settings (from the menu). If it is disabled the symbol in the notification bar won't be shown.

A description of the features and usage can be found on our website or in the app by invoking "Info" from the menu and then pressing the "Help" button.
