It's easy to buy tickets, however I prefer to download the tickets instead of storing them in eventim app.

Was able to access the QR codes for the gig tickets with no problems. These were uploaded on the morning of the concert and had no problems accessing them to get through the turnstiles despite there obviously being thousands of people in the vicinity (Metallica, Berlin Olympia stadium). Comms is good, I had a couple of emails about what and what not to take to the venue which was translated by Google. If much prefer to use this app and travel than line the pockets of Ticketmaster in the UK.

Awful app experience. On 2 different occasions I buy tickets, and I have gotten errors and the ticket buy was cancelled or doubled, and then I buy a different ticket after Support tells me that the order was cancelled and suddenly later I get notified it worked, and I am sitting on double tickets. This happened 2 times out of 3 times I bought Tickets through Eventim. Absolutely not recommending Eventim in general. Better buy directly at the Locations or use a different app/site.

Extortion Service! Kunden FEINDLICH! Avoid, events should look for other platforms! You can't get a refund or sell your ticket on officially through the website or app unless you are a firm. I have tried this, but it won't let me register and the site keeps malfunctioning. So if you know you won't make it, you are unlucky, since Eventim's service approach is from the last centuries. You will be extorted, they will get your money. Boycott or use at your own risk. Not even the insurance works.
