Delta, in my opinion, is the Best airline for being treated fairly and kindly. They seem to be well organized and keep flight times accurate. I had a problem yesterday and called. The assistant, KC, went above and beyond to help and resolved the problem. I think she was as happy as I was in successfully making things easier for me! My cousin worked for Delta and loved it! She has referred many travelers over to Delta including me. I feel safer flying with them.

Please bring the Parking Reminder feature back! 🙏 On 25 August 2026, I used the Parking Reminder feature to save my vehicle before a trip. Four days later (29 August), I started another trip and learned the Parking Reminder feature was removed as part of an app update (confirmed via the Delta Concierge beta chat feature). The Parking Reminder is valuable and convenient for frequent flyers; PLEASE, return it to the app. Still a very good app from years past.

App is slow and hard to navigate. I have constant errors and login issues. The only good thing about it is you can save your boarding pass to your Google Wallet so that when you need it, you can access it through an app that actually works.

Revenue generator for Delta. It asks you questions about upgrading, and adding bags when you've already chosen your seat, it wants you to purchase seats and doesn't let you know that you have some already. So instead of showing you flight information, it makes you log in and give your confirmation number when it should be already have it once you've logged in. and it shouldn't prompt you to upgrade purchase seats and add bags when you've already done all that. And it kind of suckers you in
