File uploads do not allow to upload folders? I have to recreate the file structure manually? Wth! I just checked, and I am missing over a 100 gb of data! I used to trust Dropbox, but not anymore!

I bought a computer that came with 50 GB free 12 years ago, and now they have threatened to delete my files because I won't pay a monthly fee. When I bought the computer the space was free, and it didn't have an end date. I would have lost pictures of my grandfather who passed many years ago now if I didn't save them. I would give 0 stars if possible. This was not promotional space. I purchased the space it came with the laptop that I purchased. "Sorry for your loss", yeah right.

You are very bad. How'd you delete my files and yet convince me to subscribe to recover what is impossible. I lost my files to you and my subscription money, you can't even retain a file until subscription is active, so the owner could access their file when they have subscription

'Move failed." error all the time now and files that should have moved get orphaned. NO reply from support. When I upload a file I can't tell what folder I'm in. there is no current folder name displayed on the page when you upload a file from a mobile device. Tired of having to navigate the entire folder path just to move a file instead of the app remembering the last folder path used. Waste of time. You also cannot see file metadata some good luck staying organized
