NEST reduced quality for Dropcam I originally gave 5 stars but just noticed they reduced the picture quality to make you buy the more expensive NEST camera. Now I have a low quality picture. I want my $150 back. You can't reduce the quality of what was a selling point and I PAID FOR! I'll make you a deal, I'll give you (NEST) my drop cam plus $50 for the new camera otherwise you just stole from me service I already paid for!!!!!!!!!!!

It does not perform its main function - location aware camera switching absolutely does not work and there is no sign it is going to be fixed. Nest, can you fix it finally? What a shame for a Google company! The phone in case - Samsung Note 4. GPS mode - high accuracy.

Used to be Great This week this app stopped working. I get a message telling me to be sure my camera is connected. It's working because I can use the app on my Kindle. Uninstalling/reinstalling (Nest's answer for ALL issues) didn't work either. And since the Nest app hasn't worked for months, I have a camera that's basically useless since I can't monitor anything when I'm away from home. You suck, Nest! I agree with everyone who says you owe Dropcam customers because you haven't lived up to any of your claims. BAD GOOGLE!
