★★★★★
Excellent file manager, also usable for outlining An excellent file manager, and the only one I know of on Android which offers a collapsible tree file view. The built in text editor also allows it to be used as an outliner, text files within nested folders being the ultimate in open data structures, easily updated on both desktop and phone. It is also possible to synchronise outlines stored this way - *on an item by item basis* - simply by linking the phone as a USB drive and using a folder synchroniser like SyncToy. Any text editor with a file tree can then be used to edit it on the desktop - though a purpose built one exists for Windows called Tombo. There are two outliners available on Android to edit such outlines: miniNoteViewer and Papyrus Ex. Both are excellent, but neither offers a tree view, which is a loss when outlining. This program offers a very interesting alternative.
★★☆☆☆
MKC Tree view seems to be "chaotic" for common users. Lacks more advanced functionality, settings. Try "MKC file commander" to find out how powerfull file manager/commander can be!
★★☆☆☆
Crashes Constantly crashes on asus transformer.
