Used to be great, now it's TERRIBLE This used to be a great app. I was able to do everything I needed to do online, anywhere I was, conveniently and quickly on my phone. I hardly ever logged into my account from a computer. Now, this app is awful. Ever since the last major update, this app takes a very, very, very long time to load balances. It takes so long, my screen times out, which then causes the app to log me out. It is very frustrating to wait minutes and minutes and minutes (I have waited upwards of 10 for bill pay and it never loads fully!) continually clicking my screen so it doesn't time out, only to be distracted by kids or a phone call, find myself timed out, and have to log back in and start all over. Usually when I need to log in, it is to pay a bill, and the bill pay portion of this app has not worked at all for me since the last upgrade. If I could give this app zero stars, I would! Customer service at the bank was no help. They said that since I could log into the app and see balances, there was nothing else they could do for me. I am so frustrated with this app's decrease in functionality, I am considering changing my primary financial institution after 15 years of loyalty!

Too slow Please fix or upgrade slow loading problem. It takes too long to load up and many times it times out

Slow! This app takes forever to connect and then a second forever to see my balances. Just going to the regular site is faster. Annoying!

Please fix very very slow after last update This app used to be very good, now it takes forever to load balances or depositing checks and don't turn your phone sideways in the middle of a deposit or while trying to login. It will reset and you'll either have to do the deposit again or login again. It's definitely the app after the last update I even upgraded to a new MotoX and got my wife the MotoG and have the same issues please fix bugs ASAP!

Fair Cannot see all available accounts for making transfers, like my USAA account
