Some great deals but frequently the same so when places aren't rated well or a great experience for what they offer, there isn't much more choice. I've bought products before and some have lasted years and are still complimented and some came rather cheap quality for the price asked if you had spent near enough the same on better quality. Good little app to try new places, things, deals, just maybe more choices, better quality would make me a regular user rather than a one-off event 😉

Bought a renfest ticket last minute, figured I'd get the ticket in the email. Instead, I got a confirmation (sans ticket) and a verification code. Had to install their app, make an account, go through 3 more emails, and redeem the voucher to finally see my ticket. The app repeatedly asked for my location and threw "sale" popups at me. The first email could've and should've been the end of this process. Garbage.

I purchased a few products and services, but the merchants did not respond. They keep changing dates and book a date month later. It seems like a scam site. I had to ask for refunds every time I purchased something here. Not recommended at all. I will close my account once I sort out the last refund. I could not get the refund to my bank and need to see if they refund me to my bank instead of the wallet here. There are other trusted platforms to buy quality products and services.

I have NO access to any l of my Groupon over $150 worth of my Groupon! Every time I try to use one of my Groupon the screen directs me to a green/white screen asking me to enter a credit card for Groupon + ! I want to use MY Groupon! Over $150 in deals. I will not be coerced into a credit card scam. Groupon is this because of an error page ever since the last update???
Groupon, just stole one hundred dollars from me. I purchased a Groupon, and the description was unclear. It said it was for two people. But that meant a guide and one passenger. So I need to buy a different Groupon for 2 passengers, so I tried to do that, but they will not give me my money back from the one passenger that we cannot use. Even though the t v company said that they were happy to do it groupon, will not. They offered me ten percent of my $ back, so they just made $90 for nothing
