Comments on HAL 9000 for Android

★★★★★ Aww jeez Exactly what I wanted - just the H.A.L. 9000 ui (snerk) and a bunch of quotes activated by touch. Love the additional skins. Would love voice activation, something simple like responding to the Hal's name.

★★★★★ Wish I could use it as a navigation voice. "Turn right onto Maple street in 50 feet Dave".

★★★★★ It is great but could be better. I wish it could be a widget and make HAL interactive like Siri. Otherwise it is fool proof and incapable of error.

★★☆☆☆ Kinda useless after 5 minutes... The potential of the HAL app is woefully lost here. What this app does is basically repeat sayings in the movie if you press the red `eye` of Hal. Great. Unfortunately that`s it. In 10 seconds he`ll be repeating the same few phrases over and over again until... BORING! Now, what Scot needs to do is somehow incorporate this as a response to opening apps or perhaps as soundbyte for mobile calls or messages, etc. Only gets two stars, not because it is bad, because it does far too little. You won`t touch it much after the first 10 minutes.

★★☆☆☆ Interactive and more phrases would be a good thing, like others have said do a little more and you have a winner.
