HIIT Interval Training Timer

HIIT Interval Training Timer

Countdown timer for various trainings. HIIT Interval Training Timer is an invaluable tool for all interested in workout and training.

It doesn't matter whether you run, use it for cycling, sprint, tabata, weightlifting, hiit, cardio, boxing or martial arts.

Suitable also for lot of "home circuit training" like the ones found on bodyrock.tv! It can also fully substitute your Gymboss interval timer or other timers you'd otherwise need to carry in gym! The best thing is that this app is always with you, because it's on your phone.

You can always set your own training schedule with number of rounds, ready, round, rest and relax times. Before exercise you can set up preparation time with ready time and after you finish use relax time for cooldown. Import, Export, Download and Upload your training plans!

http://itimer.info - This site is a great addition to Android app itself. You can find here all the information about Interval Timer, some tips & tricks, all the user uploaded training plans and many more. Check it out after you're done with your workout.

It's okay. Sounds are horrible. Does what it says on the box, standard array of features. Only reason I paid for it was to avoid getting annoying ads as was the case with free ones. One thing which needs work are the sounds - they suck. They all sound the same - and what what the hell is with the constant ticking the whole time. Look at "HIIT Interval Timer" for some inspiration.

What I was looking for You can customize workouts with various alarm settings. You can even combine your saved workouts into bigger saved workout. I haven't seen any limitations yet. The only thing that requires a little adjustment on my part is hitting the "next" button after each interval that is manually entered (as opposed to the +/- buttons). Otherwise they value doesn't stick.
