Huffington Post

Featuring real-time updates from HuffPost's Pulitzer-prize winning newsroom, the app lets your voice be heard by commenting on articles, and sharing your favorite stories and opinion pieces with friends, family, and coworkers in your social networks. The new "universal" version of the app supports multiple devices -- including phones, and 7-inch and 10-inch tablets, both with grid and list layouts -- and also offers a unique "night mode" feature. You can also download stories for offline reading – no connections needed. And it’s global – our app connects you with the best from our international editions, including the UK, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, Brazil, and South Korea.

I get all my favorite Liberal Left Wing news on all of my mobile devices. Must have app.

Not updating to 5.8.4 due to PHONE STATE PERMISSION - and will eventually uninstall if it continues to request it.

Loved it on my OG Droid, but just installed on Galaxy Nexus and when I run the app, it keeps trying to run a pop up ad that crashes. Then I go back to the app, and the pop up runs again. I can't get to the news, so I uninstalled it. I hope they get it working again

Love the Huffington Post but this app tends to go rogue from time to time and wakes the phone. Suspected and confirmed with Spare Parts. Most times it wakes the phone for a minute or two, but I just discovered an instance where it woke the phone for 1hr, 22 min. There is no option to disable updates (which is always annoying). As an owner of a Droid Incredible, apps eating batt usage is a big concern for me. If you want the Huff Post via a good app, try Pulse.

Great app in portrait mode, news articles do not scroll in landscape mode on Archos 101.

Videos The articles say "watch" as though there are videos, but there is no way to click onto a video.

Will comments ever work? comments haven't worked for me ever in any version of this app. why can't I just read some comments? I really can't believe this is something so hard to do for the devs.

Uninstalled. Apparently you can not even read the comments unless you log into facebook.

Horrible view on Android I opened an article, and it was wide than my screen. I had to keep scrolling left and right to read it. I finally just gave up

Goodbye HP!!!! I was a member of HP way before where it is now, then I lost the ability to make comments because I am not a fan of Facebook & now I can't even view comments. I am so disappointed in Ariana Huffington.
