Oh, so close. Frustrating. This will be an ongoing review as I try to get this working. I so badly need a Quickbooks timer (QB 2013) since the one old standby does not work on high resolution monitors (2560 x 1440), nor does there seem to be any update planned. It's About Time PROS --------- 1. Nice clean interface 2. Straightforward to use (mostly) 3. Imports most QB data fine CONS --------- 1. Imports jobs but does not show them in the list of jobs, not so that I can find. 2. Does not seem to import or use items. I can type an item in, but can't select one. 3. Export doesn't give any feed back that it's done. 4. Seems to delete exported time whether or not I've selected that option.

Does NOT work with QuickBooks 2013 I downloaded the trial and it appeared to work OK with my IIF export, but once I purchased the full version, it would not import my employees, customers, or job costs. No answer at their office and no answer to email requests. Don't buy it unless you know it works with your version.

No Dev Support, trick to importing to QB 2013 My previous comment needed to be edited - for anyone having issues importing timer lists to QB 2013, I've found a solution - make SURE your date settings (under Control Panel > Region and Language on Windows 7) are set to MM/DD/YYYY as well as the export settings in It's About Time. My windows settings were not set to this and QB wouldn't import the list files. Still got no help from the dev, but at least I can use the app import/export options again.

Not suitable for use with UK Quickbooks I bought this because I wanted a timer app that could export timesheet data to Quickbooks. I was disappointed to find that localization issues prevent it from doing so successfully. The app settings allow you to set the date format (dd/MM/yyyy for UK), but the application does not use the format: neither in displaying dates within the app, nor when exporting data. Quickbooks UK rejects the data on importing because it contains invalid dates. Apart from that, the app is clumsy to use. There are other more usable timer apps out there.
