Installed line for a game I play. I had my account for 1 week and had a few friends whom I spoke too twice. I literally did not use the app only to log into a match game. Suddenly I can't log in any more saying my account is suspended. There is no support just an email being sent that I did something against TOS. How can I break TOS to an app I don't use. No way to find out what happened or how to stop it from happening again. Looking around the internet this is a common thing happening.

I would love this review 0 stars if possible. I have to use this app to log into Tsum. I had no problems with it for years until my phone crashed. Because I used my Facebook login to connect it, and they ended the connection I can no longer get into line through Facebook. I've tried my phone number, and it says I have to update my email and password but all it does is send me to how to do that but no links to fix it. It is basically unfixable. I have lost all my data for tsum now. -20/10
