TalkBack, Kickback, and SoundBack are apps for the Android Accessibility Service to help blind and vision-impaired users use their devices more easily.
These apps add spoken, audible, and vibration functionality services to your device. They are system applications that were pre-installed on most device and are updated when the accessibility service is improved.
These apps only get activated if you explicitly turn on Accessibility.
Steps to activate Accessibility:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Accessibility
3. Enable Accessibility checkbox
4. Enable TalkBack, KickBack, SoundBack checkboxes

yes the description says it came with the phone why leave a review re-iterating that. Since it clearly states the author its Google, why are there comments stressing it is carrier crap? You are just proving your inability to read, To put in a simple language so you can understand RTFM !!!

if you like to run lean, then you have to root anyway. No need to artificially effect the apps rating. Root, be done with it and get over yourself.

i like to run lean...no apps i don't need. can't uninstall w/o root. waste of space. why can't i uninstall?

Suck it up ninnies Why would I give 5 stars to an app that is forced upon me? Just because its useful to some of you doesn't mean I want it on my phone and if the devs want 5 stars from me then they shouldn't force an app on me I don't want or need. Its my right to rate this how I see fit so take your self-righteous pity parties elsewhere.
