If you are away for a few days, and you are in lots of groups, it can take ages to catch up to date. It would be nice to have the option of just downloading that last one day's worth or skipping the catch-up all together.

Kik works now. However, there's a glitch at the startup, and the Kik logo zooms in all over the screen. It works, but the smoothness is nothing like the top messengers. The performance and UI can definitely be improved. Otherwise, it's a nice app that I've always admired for letting people connect without making use of a phone number. Not to mention, logging out clears the chat history as they're stored internally, and not on cloud. And the email verification site was flagged for not having SSL.

The bot epidemic on this app has literally ruined it. It's impossible to enjoy the app with so many bots, and it seems like there's no way to escape them and that nothing is being done. Not to mention that now when you get a message it just says "New Kik message" instead of displaying the actual message. This should be an optional feature, not a default one.

It was a decent app to meet people, but now there are a lot of bots, so it's hard to, and I get notifications from people I blocked which is very annoying and when someone messaged me even though I have notifications on I only receive them when I open the app.

Congrats, you lot managed to remove the live function that absolutely no one ever wanted and in so doing broke the app so now it doesn't receive messages unless actively open
