Can't log in. I've been unable to log in for months. I've reset my password several times, only to have it tell me I've got the wrong login. Im getting once again to re-download the app. My work requires this, and it's awful.

This app literally is not even letting me try to sign in. I put in my server code and the next screen that shows is as if it's formatted for a desktop computer, it doesn't display correctly on my phone, I have to scroll form left to right, and they won't even let me scroll all the way to the left, so that I can log in I can't even read what it says on that side of the page. So im unable to do anything further
