You can uninstall in the Setting of Lock Screen or uninstall it by following operation: click "Settings—>Security—>Device administrators" to shut off Lock screen.

When i lock my phone with double tap with this app there in not fingerprint print unlocking in lock screen then i shoud use PIN every time for unlocking.

Would be really nice however it defeats the purpose if the app disables the fingerprint scanner! And you never know when you going to have to type the code in it just utterly ridiculous!
