6/23 & 05/26 update, still have to go through a failed payment attempt on the app from the Macy's card portion of the app "were sorry. We are unable to display page, or schedule payment" to click on More Payment Options... then reset up the same payment on the Citibank portion of the app to make the payment work. Is this ever going to get fixed?

I couldn't use my credit card for my purchase due to an error that kept saying my phone number was incorrect when my phone number is correct. When I contacted someone via messenger they didn't help. They just said to contact customer service and gave me the number.

Continuous problems getting app to work. Soo tired of deleting app and reinstalling. You need a programmer who knows what he's doing. Soo tired of this app. You are losing alot of sales, one being mine. Can't waste my time trying to purchase anymore. Was working great until last updates. Must have gotten a new programmer who isn't very bright.
