WIDGETS GENERAL =============== Widgets on Android work a bit differently than a normal application. Unlike regular programs they don't just install themselves in the application tray so you have to add them manually. They will not open or launch. Here's how to add a widget on your Android home screen.
STEPS HOW TO ADD A WIDGET ========================== 1.On your Android home screen, tap any blank or “empty” area with size 4x2 and hold down your finger. 2.An “Add to Home screen” window will pop up. From that window, tap “Widgets”. 3.You’ll be presented with a list of all the installed Widgets on your Android device. 4.Select the clock to add to your home screen by tapping it.
Notes ===== "Time frozen/not updating"-> taskiller killed the clock(exclude it from taskillers) When phone starts, clock starts in less than a min too.
ROM users-> make sure the clock is NOT moved on SD card. Widgets are not supposed to be on SD card. Move it back to the phone storage.
Weather hint: For world destinations with two words in the name, type in the box the words with a plus sign. For example "Buenos Aires" type "Buenos+Aires",remember the "+" sign -no spaces, don't include the quotes.

BEWARE! THIS APP CAN GOBBLE UP YOUR MOBILE DATA!!! To make a long story short(er), my wife & I share a Verizon data plan. I use wifi at home and she uses wifi at home & work. I'm home a lot, so I rarely use mobile data. We typically use about 1/2 our monthly data allotment. A couple of days ago, I was out running errands & had mobile data on, as usual when I am not at home. At one point, I turned on location & used a navigation app to guide me to a restaurant. It was a 5 minute drive; once there, I turned off location & stopped the app. I do this often, and usually for more distant destinations; this procedure uses little data. Later that day I received a message from Verizon that we had used 75% of our data allotment. A couple of hours later, I got another message that we had used 100% of our data allotment. I called Verizon and added 1GB to our plan until I figured out the problem. At this point, it was less than half way through our monthly billing cycle. I checked, & my phone had used the bulk of the data. I checked Settings->Data Storage. This app had used 88% of all mobile data used by my phone. I changed this app's update frequency to 60 min. and I will see what happens. If it is still gobbling data, it's outta here!

Thought this would be same as on my HTC. Thought this would be same on my Galaxy as on my HTC. Tried this and 3 others. Can't find settings to set my location. London etc no good go me! Uninstalling - again!

Sick of this app never working anymore. Used to work all the time and the last 2 months it quits working and can't get it started back up. Time to find something else.
