After a month's use I'm pretty pleased. Reporting seems balanced and gives me another perspective to my other News apps. I've not experienced any annoyance from ads. Everything seems to work fine, with one exception. I've put two favorites in Bookmarks. When I click Soccer I get European News and when I click European News I get Soccer!

AP News is my primary source for reliable, unbiased reporting. I appreciate the real-time updates on global and local events, and the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalism is consistently high-quality. The app is well-organized, making it easy to find news that matters to me. I also like the inclusion of both English and Spanish articles. While the ads can be a bit frequent, the content more than makes up for it. A must-have for anyone who wants to stay informed with facts.

Good, unbiased news for the most part. There's a lot the AP sees and touches that most news agencies have trouble reaching, so I really enjoy this app. There's also games and other things if you create an account, but you don't need anything to just read news

The ads are ridiculously touchy and make it almost impossible to scroll through the news feed without opening them.

I used to like AP, but I refuse to allow AP to track me across all of my other apps. The AP News app suddenly blocked my access to their site, unless I agreed to their full access to my phone and all apps. I don't trust them!

Edit: now they are requiring record personal data for them to sell for you to use the app. The opt-out requires an email for some reason. Deleting this app finally. I guess there is no where left to just get news anymore. Seems to have lost the unbiased nature of AP. the articles themselves are fine but the way the ui pushed articles to match trends ends up with silly non-stories being all I can see even when huge international events are happening but are completely unacknowledged by this app.
