So far protection seems ok. Except after purchase, when I go to finish creating acct/pw. At form submission, it says "The confirmation link has expired or is not valid. To generate another link click here". Which I did, it just brought me back to same loop, it's not creating a valid Link for account setup. How do I finish setting up my acct for my paid antivirus service?

Updated: 7 sep 2026 1)Critical protections like App anomaly, web protection, scam protection etc. switch off without any warning many times over 1 week 2) There is no pop-ups nor notifications drop down list are given!! ----- App lock is not working well. It just turns off n it's not locking apps. Pls fix this ASAP!! Even after 29 May 2024 update, web protection, scam alert & Anto theft kept switching off & can't be switched to On. Useless company.

Bitdefender Mobile Security lacks payment protection, so many users are moving to ESET mobile security. Please add automatic secure payment protection. Also, my primary Gmail was added to Email Protection in my old Bitdefender account, but I no longer have access to that old Bitdefender account. Customer care informed me that without access to the old account, it’s not possible to remove the Gmail or add it to a new account. I want to shift the access, but it’s not possible…

If you leave an App Locked app open when you lock the phone, the App Lock prompt comes up BEFORE the phone unlock. Please fix this, it's super annoying! Android 17
