Would you like to be able to perform hundred pushups, two hundred sit-ups or something else?
This is the all-in-one app helping you reach your individual goal of consecutive repetition for any exercise.

You set your own goal and an automated workout schedule generator will create a workout program designed for your individual goal, based on your current level of fitness. Keep in mind that it is more difficult for a fit person to improve his/her physical capacity further compared to a beginner. So the more fit you tell the app that you are, the longer the generated schedule will be.

** There is also the possibility to enter your own custom workout schedules. **

✔ Supports ten different, fully customizable exercises. ( push-ups, situps, dips, squats, pull-ups and five generic )
✔ A timer to manage the rest time between each set.
✔ Beeps when there are a few seconds left to the next set.
✔ Progress for each exercise is saved in the diary.

Needs following: 1)Supersets usage 2)999 or unlimited max reps 3)Calender workout history 4)Allow to see schedule plan 5)Adjust program up/down based on todays workout results 6)Better schedule algorithm based on bodypart limitations/general limits. ie. Squats and Pressups do not increase in the same pattern! 7) Log should show reps/totals

My Favorite App Ever!!! This is the only app I have kept on various devices, Because it ROCKS. Simple, Clean, Customizable, & most important is a realistic/challenging way to waste some time :-) I would like to ask the developer though, if we could be able to change colors for background and fonts. I love working out to Iron Maiden,and wanna match the album cover with the background of the exercise. Thanks for making this,!!!

Doesnt adapt. ex: I could only do 25 pushups on my last set when it suggested 49+. Then the next workout it still suggested I do 55+ for the last set.

The diary needs more work The app is good, but the diary needs more work. If you didn't meet the goal, next time your today's result will be overwitten by the new one. If you fail a few times in a row, all of the failures will be lost in the log. Also it makes more sense to keep the exercise log by date performed, not by the week/day of the training program. Also a recalc of the plan should be offered if I seriously overperform on the last rep.

Bodyweight Exercises This app is perfect for bodyweight training.
