Truly one of the best apps created. You can't beat what it does for the money paid. Easily 5 plus stars. Their technical support is beyond question. Works flawless on my Droid X2. Excellent app, wish more worked as well as this one does.

Guys, you need to have alternate saving locations, eg. Dropbox if your want to be a leader!

Awesome App and GREAT Support, Changed phones and lost PIN. Developer worked with me for a day to get my data back. Less than 24 hour turn around on support questions is awesome.....

I would give this app about ~3 stars, because it works great when restoring apps and data to current firmware (restore to that witch it has been originally taken). But I've discovered that if you update your firmware (original fw's do force system restoring) then this application restores only APPS to phone and can't restore data. Data backup viewing and trying to restore results I/O error and ask to check mem card if it's full or write protected. This has been tested old firmware backup and taking a new backup with new firmware, new fw backup allow data restore to current updated fw. Perhaps some other backup soft could work better on these update scenarios

*** WARNING *** *** DANGER *** On phones with Android 2.3 where you have contacts on your SIM. Although MyBackup Pro properly backs up all contacts ON A RESTORE IT DELETES ALL OF THE CONTACTS ON THE SIM AND TRIES TO REWRITE THEM, unfortunately some variants of Android 2.3 are not allowing it to rewrite SIM so ALL OF YOUR SIM CONTACTS ARE GONE. WORK AROUND 1) User must have a functioning gmail account and an SD card in the phone. 2) Use Rerware to restore the contacts but contrary to the message DO NOT RESTART PHONE. 3) Go into contacts and from the pop up menu select export to SD card. SIM contacts are exported. 4) Restart phone. 5) Go into contacts, select import SD card to gmail account, this imports contacts to both contacts program and gmail 6) Contacts appear in phone, if you had phone based contacts also you may have to eliminate duplicates. Make sure gmail is synced properly under Setings -> Accounts and sync.

Outstanding This app works great on my Samsung Galaxy S11 GT 19100. There have been no issues or problems and app does what it says. Very pleased with app.

Great app App does what is says it will do. I had some problems with my VZ Galaxy Nexus pointing to the simulated SD card but after some email back and forths, the problem was solved.

Changing my review to positive After using this app on a galaxy note, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. For some reason i had several issues with my HTC Sensation but seeing how well it worked at retaining and backing up my apps on my new Note, i am truly impressed.
