Great app. I've used it for years and the backup was very helpful. At one point it didn't work on certain smartphones. Now they've updated it and the software works great. Highly recommend.

Scheduled backups stopped working and support is very slow to respond with no useful help UPDATE: still no working scheduled backup after MONTHS. Support blames Norton, which is ridiculous that they haven't made a workaround for the such a popular antivirus program IF it's actually the problem. UPATE: the app still doesn't work, and it seems like the support has given up or never tried to fix the problem

This used to be an awesome app. Now, no updates since September 2023. No consolidated view of app versions during a restore. Restores on non-rooted devices are terrible -- not batched, and no data. Backups now require additional permissions that are not requested by the app, and a few months ago, it mysteriously stopped backing up my files or data -- with no alarm or alert. "It's dead, Jim". Still works on my phone with Android 12, but not on the one running Android 14.
