This is the best backup app I've found that does not require root access. It is by far the best app for backing up & restoring not only SMS {Text} messages, but also MMS {Multimedia} messages. Very easy to use & also does everything extremely fast! 05/05/26: Free version is useless now. Supposed to allow restore to the same device a backup was created on, but no longer allows that. I did a backup yesterday on my phone & it will not allow restore on same phone & says must be same device.

Scamsters and Dacoits. Hold you to ransom, they will. DO NOT install this app. I repeat do not. After you've made the backup, wiped your phone and are trying to restore your data, the app says you can't access the backup if created on another device, unless you buy pro. After you've trusted them with your data. But the thing is, while most people use it to transfer data to a new device, I was restoring the same one. And still it says the same. Ransomware. Simple as that.
