Any plans to add isAccessibilityTool? Under Android 17 Advanced Protection blocks Tasker's accessibility service. I don't want to turn off Advanced Protection entirely, but I don't want to lose my Tasker automations that rely on the accessibility service! How do I get the direct purchase version, as I have already paid for the Google Play version?

Using Tasker for, I think, ten years now. Extremely helpful for automating certain functions/routines that Android doesn't help out with. Takes a littel bit of technical know-how, but works as advertised!

One of the best automation app for Android period. With some tinkering you can set your phone to automate 90% of your routine without ever having to worry about anything. The dev is also responsive to email.

Does not work tried all different ways to make the task it said it could do and keeps saying to change the battery settings which has already been done

This app might 'automate everything' but it involves downloading other add-ons (which are pretty vague) to enable it to work properly. I've downloaded some of the 'easy' automations, and they don't work without extra bits of software. I now find that I get random 'No tasker profile selected' messages popping up on my phone, so I'll uninstall it. I also get notifications warning of Tasker using too much battery. Make sure you use the 7-day trial. I didn't and have wasted my money.

I bought it to control the hotspot feature on my phone, but it doesn't support it and the additional app integration is no longer supported. Waste of money.
