If we don't have a savings account active, there shouldn't be a savings account balance on the main page. The reason being is those of us on welfare have yo argue when we show them our account information. I fought for 3mo explaining I don't have a savings account and when I asked YOUR COMPANY to help me prove it they refused. Also, your Asian women do not comprehend English well I had to make numerous calls a still no help with proof. I was accused of fraud. Put the savings stats elsewhere

Don't use it, save yourself from the Scams. Existing users should file a formal complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) when it comes to account closures to force a response from the executive team into closing your account. They send you in circles. There is no option for you to close your account within the app or website. Only a phone number with a broken A.I. Avoid this app. Even their response to me for their review will be automated corpo copy/paste. TRUST ME.

If you want a company that jumps the gun before contacting the customer, then this is your company. They stole in my opinion, close to $200 of my money. How dare I forget the pin when I changed it. Mighty funny you don't meet hardly anything to jion. SS# phone number etc. my license just expired and that's the reason for the racist company to keep my hard eat earned money. I'm far from. Being racist. But the two times I called both African Americans I spoke to were nasty

I WILL NEVERRRRRR GO BACK TO OUTSPEND‼️💯 All the fees, they've closed a couple of my accounts with money still in them, and I've always gotten the run around about getting it back‼️ They've recently let someone steal 8000 from me even with me having all the proof it wasn't me and my wallet was stolen.... They only got 1600 of my money back then turned around and charged me 2200 saying the dispute has been resolved... Net Spend is by far the worst, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE‼️💯

Will not accept the card num or give option to speak with a person but plenty on how 2 give them ur hard-earned money to take and bleed out of thr 1000 cuts u will receive until one day u stop messaging and asking questions cause 1.you have been asking so long you forgot wat u was asking and who it is u was asking ...2 you was on hold so long u jus fell out n died n maybe thet will answer in the next eon or so best of luck im cutting my losses while im still ahead lol
