Not allowing me in ! Problems with password and access, and now I cannot read my book. I have noot heard from customer service for 2 weeks. NOT satisfied.

This is a scam. They take your money, you can't read the book, and it's impossible to receive any customer service. I can't urge you enough to stay away!
