Why not add the option to block a pickup point? On my postal code in central Oslo is a manned option 3 km away in a super-awkward direction. My favorite pickup in-app is very close but a pickup box. Listed as backup is a shop I frequent multiple times per week. WHY do you guys insist on pickup at the awkward spot and not my registered favorites? Are the favorite registrations not supported? Then why keep that functionality? Tempted to let all packages sent to that godforsaken location be returns

Worthless home delivery. Anytime I order anything in norway the delivery driver just ignores home delivery and says they "can't find your mailbox. Today I received 1 of 2 packages I was supposed to get. They put the package in the wrong mailbox and then for the second package they say they can't find my mailbox (it was meant to be left by my door then call me) and they drove it off to a pickup point at the other side of the city. Absolutely terrible delivery. And the app constantly gives errors.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. They won't deliver the parcels for some random reason. Really disappointing!
