Update: New StackView widget for Tablets!

Regarding Gmail Update: The Friday the 29th July Google removed 3rd party access of the Gmail data on Android devices (for the latest version of Gmail and Android 2.2+). This completely broke my app, so I've implimented a workaround: if the app cannot access your Gmail data on-device, it will fallback to connecting to Gmail via IMAP.

If this is the case with your device, you will need to launch this app, select your Gmail account and add a password, otherwise notifications and widgets won't work!

Apologies to those for whom the app broke this week, but Google gave no warning of the changes and took me completely by surprise. For more details on the changes, see the FAQ.

Per-label notifications for GMail! Options include:
* Vibration pattern (inc. morse code)
* Notification sound
* LED Colour (depending on your device, not all supported)
* Icon colour (10 delicious colours to choose from)
* Notification repetition
* Override silent mode
* Multiple accounts
* Disable notifications depending on time of the day

Also includes widgets:
* customisable icons (select an image from your gallery as your homescreen widget)
* a selection of normal mailbox/label icons in a multitude of colours
* customisable names
* show/hide name, zero count, total message count

And now new Tablet widget too:
* Have up to eight widgets in a stack on your homescreen, with all the same customisable options as normal widgets!

Also *please* don't leave bug reports as comments on the market, i don't check them often and it's unlikely i'll be able to respond!

* Android gmail app
* Syncing enabled for labels under the main GMail application
* No task-killers please!

I love this app on my atrix, but it doesn't seem to work on my honeycomb asus transformer. it sees my gmail accounts, but then says gmail account not found

Nice App. I particularly like the fact that the widget opens up the labeled messages rather than just going to the inbox. I also like the email descriptions in the notification bar. Incrementally, this just keeps getting better.

[BUG] When I read Priority mails from the Gmail app (opened by clicking the widget),the taskbar notification still shows the number of unread important mails. HTC Desire HD.

Just what I needed Works great, android 3.2 Asus Transformer. When I discovered gmail didn't do label notifications by default found this app and it fixed all my problems! :) Finally I can have my emails organised the way I want

Works on Asus Prime but The Widgets text style choices do not match ICS styles & it places an endlessly growing debug text file log on your sd card!!! why?? Remove that function! Plus # is slow to sync up after you read emails the # stays for a while.

wont work! cant get a refund? i was excited about this ap and read that there was a fix....it still dodnt work and google says ot wont work woth android phones and devices please help me to fox it I would love to change my review.

Awesome! This app is fantastic! I've been trying to figure out how to get notifications for a while now and this app has done it! Gmail labels are excellent and I use them all the time, but sometimes if you're waiting for an email, it can be a pain to have to continually navigate to that label to check! does exactly what it says on the tin - highly recommended!

Perfect! The developers of this went above and beyond what I expected. Works perfectly, fast, highly customizable, and non-intrusive. If they can do this much with a simple notifier app, I'm looking out for more apps from these guys.
