Never shared my code with anyone but for some reason my account was hacked, sent countless messages to telegram but never got any response, even paid for a code which I never received and that is R30 gone down to waste, at the moment I can safely say telegram is a scammers ground, if not a scammer itself, can you please advise me how to delete my account permanently.

Account got hacked. I tried resetting for 7 days. I waited. And right at the last moment, the hacker changed the email. I can't even get the code to my sms because you guys CHARGE for that? Outrageous. I tried contacting the telegram support, and it would say invalid captcha every time I submit. This is totally outrageous, and im reaching out here to get you guys to fix this because I have my personal info in that account.
