The app is smooth and very good for messaging, but very, very bad customer service. My account was frozen, and I have sent a couple of messages to the bot, and it keeps declining my appeal. Can we have a real human interact with us because I use Telegram for my business and that's what have been using but recently accounts just get frozen for no reason and no feedback on why it was pleased I hope to get my account back, any help
