PaperKarma is the easy way to take control of your unwanted paper mail, cut your paper waste, and help save the Earth — by taking photos! Simply pull out your phone and snap photos of the offending mail. PaperKarma will figure out what it is and how to stop it.

PaperKarma can stop:
- Magazines
- Catalogs
- Coupon Books
- Fliers
- Credit Card Offers
- White and Yellow Pages
- If you can take a picture of it, PaperKarma will try to stop it!

Features:
- If a company is sending you unwanted mail, we'll find them and remove your name/address from their mailing list.
- It's dead simple to use — just take a photo, tap "Unsubscribe," and you're set!
- Track the mail you've submitted, and watch as PaperKarma identifies and eliminates it.
- Learn what information PaperKarma finds about the senders.
- Watch as your paper waste goes down month by month.
- Share your environmental good karma via Facebook and Twitter.

How does it work?

Our system is simple. We've built a massive database of company information. When we identify your photo, we use this information to instantly submit a request on your behalf. If we don't know about the company already, our database discovers what we need to know automatically.

Recent changes:
1.2.3
* Removes scanning screen so we don't block you from uploading immediately after taking a photo.
* Fixes some out-of-memory camera crashes.

PaperKarma now sports an updated look and new features to make managing your mail even easier:
* Identify some mail immediately!
* Add addresses via GPS! No more clunky typing - if you choose, we'll locate you and fill the form out for you.
* Holo-themed UI to maintain the latest Android look and feel.

Love the concept, but... None of the credit card offers I've submitted have ever been successful in the 6 months I've been using this app.

Camera doesn't function, making app useless. Update 2015... Tried this again and it's actually working! Still too soon to see a decrease in junk mail but the camera is working and they mostly identify everything successfully. Old version: Every shot is nothing but a random mess of lines on my Samsung galaxy s 2 sprint. One time it did actually save one of these messes and the saved file looked okay and it seemed to submit too, but it took 5 tries. A very frustrating app since it seems like the idea is so great.

Love it! Sometimes I have to retry the scan a couple of times. But for the mostpart...works like a charm.
