Needs to have either a notes field or an addtl PW field. Some sites such as EFTPS require an ID / PW / PIN

Saving info for transfer to new phone Have the issues of saving information in this app to be copied to a scan disc or other device so the saved passwords can be transferred to a new phone? Also how do you contact customer service? I would like more options of being able to enter additional information for each password. Will give 5 stars if transfer problem is fixed. When was the last update?

Twice a problem I've said good things for years about this app, but just like Nina, exported encrypted file does not survive transfer to new phone. This has happened TWICE... 2 years ago, and TODAY. Fortunately I exported unencrypted, transferred to lappy, deleted copy on phone and encrypted on laptop. If I hadn't taken that measure in advance, they'd be gone. I have to re enter on a new phone app AGAIN ... and it won't be this one.
