Annotate while reading Diigo Browser allows you to annotate web pages with highlights and sticky notes. The annotate button will pop up in the context menu after you select some text!
PDF reading You can read your saved PDF files within the app directly and we will consider supporting PDF annotation in the future!
Share easily You can share your bookmarks with annotations to others through email or IM or send it to other apps easily.

I've been using Diego for years as a way to centralize my bookmarks across browsers and devices. It's very good, and it's never really gotten in my face about premium features. I only wish I could set the app to open with the library immediately in focus instead of on a wannabe-browser homepage.

Diego is pretty good for saving and annotating my bookmarks. My only complaint is that takes up a lot space on my phone, which forces me to uninstall the app often!! If you could find a way to reduce the MB size in a future update, I will bump up my rating accordingly. 10/28/2020 Update! I like the new browser feature on Diego including an incognito mode!! I am a multiple browser and bookmarking type of person. I am satisfied so far with this app.

Diego is a game-changer, especially for students. However, the app is nonfunctional atm. Instantly crashes as soon as I open it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still crashes immediately.

I don't understand why you think we need another browser. I just want to add new bookmarks and search my library. Apparently there's no way to do only that. Also, there's no searching by multiple tags. So basically none of the useful features are available on the mobile app. So dumb.
