NOTE:

We've had several queries regarding the new permission "Photos/Media/Files" required for version 5.0

Q: Why does the app need access to my photos?
A: It doesn't! RingGo uses the "Photos/Media/Files" permission to integrate with Google Maps. Google Maps, part of Google Play Services, require this permission for caching map data. RingGo does not, and will not, access your personal data stored on your mobile phone.

Q: Where can I find more info about the permissions this app uses?
A: Please scroll to the bottom of the description for an in-depth explanation of each permission, how we use it, and what that means for you.

Excellent! So easy and convenient to use. Sends text reminders when your time is going to expire giving you the chance to extend without going back to your car...perfect!

Over charges.. It's functional for what it needs to do.. apart from not being able to unselect the sms notifications in the settinga thus being overcharged each time a booking is made.. auto adding an add on which is not shown when you make a booking is probably not great either.

It is never simple and always costs more Today the app had to update parking locations before it would do anything. As unfortunately I'm still on Vodafone (have they actually got a 3G network?) that just hung the app. Why not just let me park and update locations via routine play update? Cost to park with Ringo is always more. Yet the overheads of the app must be lower than cash: no machines to maintain & empty and no cash to transport, paper tickets to print, etc, etc. Ringo should be cheaper than cash! My last choice - only if out of coins.
