Description
The Roadside Connect application for Agero roadside assistance providers puts the convenience of mobile job management in the hands of dispatchers and drivers. The Mobile App enables dispatchers to: • receive job offers from Agero • accept jobs by providing an ETA • locate their driver’s on an interactive fleet map • assign drivers via their smartphone
Assigned drivers receive individual job assignments and accurate dispatch information, including: • requested roadside service • consumer and vehicle details • location with one-touch access to turn by turn navigation • customer contact information
The app also enables signature capture, auto-job assignment for owner-operator providers, GOA requests, and hands-free automated status updates with location and timestamps as the event progresses.

Decent app terrible gps Had 3 calls in the last two weeks come in "in my zone" but customer was 200 miles away, also if I call agero through quick call to upgrade to a tow and then hit unsuccessful service I get a different dispatcher who has not worked on the call calling starting the sequence over for the customer....they should fix that.

Job offers come in with 8 seconds to review...then time out before it can be accepted/denied. Then they dock you for refusing....

constantly logs me out, makes my jobs "disappear" from the app and constantly has the customers location incorrect then i end up having to fight with agero over milage. great idea but very poorly executed app.
