This program is reliable and easy to use. I've been using it for about four years. I have few complaints about the way it works. When the quality of my cellular connection changes, say from lte to HDPS or gsm, then I have to log out and restart the program. One problem is it doesn't have an option for taking checks, just cash or card. Which is understandable: this program was made to take cards, cash is just a bonus functionality. But it would be nice. This program used to have a dialog for giving tips after the signature portion which was awesome, I was making lots of tips. Now if I want a tip I have to ask if they want to give a tip because it's before the card dialog and signature. I am losing tons of money because of this decision. I wish that I was able to send invoices with this program. It lets me store prices for my inventory in there, so it would be pretty easy to enable this functionality. All the one-star reviews I presume are fake and intended to draw users away to other card processing apps.

No problems here Been using roam pay for a couple of years. In my case I have a CC merchant with a different company, and they are using roam pay as mobile platform. A few times I needed support, my merchant reached out to roam pay and resolved the issue almost immediately. I rarely charge customer's CC but when I do, it's usually a large sum, and I get it deposited to my bank account within 24 hours.

Roam Pay has no support Roam Pay is the worst mobile app and mobile processing provider out there. Process, Swipe Simple and even ePN are light years away from them in every aspect.

You must first enter the total due then add a tip and then swipe the customers credit/debit card. Processing a payment has become very awkward, if you'd like them to give them an opportunity to tip. I don't like asking my clients if they are giving me a tip! You should go back to swiping the card and allowing your client to add a tip right above the signature line. My clients are very unhappy with the format as well. As a hair stylist this app is terrible since 30% of our income comes from tips! I will stick with square unless the app is changed back to the old version.

Mostly works but can be extremely frustrating I wish I got the square. I am losing tons of money in tips because clients assume the "tip" option is on the next screen. It had a pop-up asking if the client would like to tip when I first got it, and then they immediately switched to a less convenient, less obvious tipping spot. I am faced with the dilemma of either telling my clients "Hey, by the way, if you want to tip me." (AWKWARD) "Go ahead and hit this button down here" OR finish out the product and have them say "Where do I tip?!" Too late. Ugh!
