Do not use Richard. Their system is at risk, my account has been hacked multiple times and I have lost over 500 dollars. They do not have live support and if you get lucky enough to get through to a person they will leave you on hold for hours. There is no way to dispute unauthorized charges. Their service is not helpful. It used to be such a great app and card, but now it is the worst ever. Again, do not use rush card or their services if you value your money.

The Rush card app is trash I wouldn't even give them a star they are a rip-off ATMs aren't Free they double-dip that is why I'm reporting them to the inspector general and see what they have to say about that. I've been waiting for My replacement debit card now for 2 weeks I can't even access My account online nor will customer service update my file with my New address I might even file criminal charges. If Rush card comes to anyone that might read this RUN LIKE HELL
