So Far So Good I have backed up and restored sms & call logs successfully. I have yet to try any of the other options. Too bad you have to pay to be able to use the "backup to cloud services" option. Samsung Infuse 4G

Utterly useless Had to hard reset my phone and had stupidly thought that I was protected using this product. It restored almost nothing. Only half of my installed applications came back (all of which had to be manually accepted for install, tediously) despite all being from Play Store. Absolutely *none* of the application data was preserved, so I lost valuable information that I had assumed should have been backed up as part of backing up 'applications'. Honestly, if all you get is a half-complete list of your previously installed applications offered to you to reinstall from scratch, with all settings and data lost, what is the point of this? Absolutely no system settings were preserved, so the only difference from a factory reset phone was my SMS messages and call log. Big friggin deal. All the setup work of a new phone from scratch still, so why would you bother with this? It's hard to believe the app can be this useless and get decent ratings from anyone, so perhaps it doesn't always fail like this, but if it can *ever* fail this badly it's pointless as a backup solution.

Not impressed Twice I have relied on this app. Twice it has failed me. First time to back up to my micro SD card when I got a replacement handset - wasn't even on my MSD card. I presumed I made a mistake, so yesterday when I upgraded to the S4, tried it - realised it doesn't even save to the SD card! Backed it ALL to the phone. Absolutely pointless that it recognises the PHONE as the MSD card. Luckily I don't have to hand THIS handset in.

Don't rely on it Backup hung during video copy. Allowed me to back up to external SD card then wouldn't restore from it; had to copy backup to internal SD card. Refused to restore photos; had 164, app reported image restore failure then created 732 randomly-named .jpg files and refused to open them. Indicated that SMS messages had been restored, but didn't restore them; no other way to get them back as saved to a data file. Only thing it did seem to successfully restore was contacts. Would advise avoiding this, and definitely don't rely on it if you have data you really want to keep
