Got a new phone. When I logged into OneDrive, my personal vault no longer worked. I fought with it for about 15 min and then realized that the security handshake between Microsoft and the phone was being interrupted by the Google password manager. If I hadn't persevered in troubleshooting the problem, thrown my issue into AI, paid special attention as to which service was giving me the prompt right before the crash, I would have just given into frustration and blamed microsoft. It's fixed now

Terrible app for cloud file management, browsing folders is painfully slow and most times folders do not appear, the same goes for files, they take forever to appear, if at all. Avoid this app. Doesn't matter if on Wi-Fi or 5G. The experience is horrible. Have tried reinstalling the app, makes no difference. MS need to focus on the basics with their software.

DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR PHONES CONTENT IN THE CLOUD it is constantly finding ways to turn on auto backup and starts uploading my entire phone even though I've turned it off and said no to auto backup many times edit: it still turns on backup on its own, wish I could rate it lower

Thanks to onedrive automatically backing up some photos of mine that i didn't realize when I ran out of storage it automatically corrupted those photos hence I could only see the cloud error and I thought nothing of it only to realize they were photos of a person I deeply cared and now I can't get those photos back along with the person thanks microsoft excellent job with the app
