★★★★★ Works great iconia a100 My iconia have the screen wake up issues. It wakes up every 5secs but this app solve the problem. Now my tablet does not have the screen wake up issues anymore. Awesome app..

★★★★★ Well said with this app I installed this last note on my cm7 touchpad which always have issue on a deep sleep mode but after last note my wife was still connected. I will make a donation for this.. Thanks for the dev!

★★★★★ It's awesome! It has fixed the lock screen lag issue... Must have for all the Samsung models... But not sure if it has any side effects on battery life... I've not faced any such although but technically speaking if it is refraining the phone from getting in deep sleep mode then it might have some side effect on battery life.. Experts please confirm otherwise it's awesome app to have as far as it has resolved my lock screen lag issue... Thanks once again...

★★☆☆☆ Samsung galaxy s2 Drains to much battery but it works

Description by Otis8 Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.

When activated, SoftLocker maintains a screen-only lock by holding a partial wake lock on the system, thus DISABLING deep sleep.

** Note: **
As of v0.9.1 This version has the same functionality as the DONATE version of SoftLocker, but does not have a widget.

If you find this app useful, please consider purchasing the DONATE version of SoftLocker. Thank you for your consideration!

On to the details!
------------------
SoftLocker is useful for Android tablets only, it is pretty useless on phones! This app was originally tested on the Pandigital Novel, now on the NOOK Color, but *should* work on any tablet (like the Archos, Augen, Viewsonic, or other Android tablets).

When SoftLocker is enabled and the screen is locked, the device remains FULLY ALIVE except for the screen. Don't kill the service with an app killer! It consumes almost zero system resources.
