Better suited to Galaxy Note II than Note 10.1 It looked useful and promising, but there are a few deficiencies that will keep me looking for the "perfect" PDF annotation app for my requirements on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1: 1) There is no rubout feature for pen annotations, only the ability to undo the latest annotation (which is not always appropriate). 2) When adding a page to a PDF it is created by default at a fixed size in portrait mode (as for a phone-like device, such as a Note II), whereas my initial PDF has all pages in landscape mode (as for typical use with a Note 10.1). There does not seem to be any setting to override this, or specify the size and format of a new page. 3) I would prefer the bottom of the previous page to still be visible whenever a new page is created (as in "Print Layout" mode in Word).

Using it in my classroom I use with Galaxy Note. I scan students' quizzes into my Galaxy Note using Handy Scanner. I then send quizzes to Sooner Scribble and grade the quizzes on my phone. Strengths: Soonr Scribble ia easy to use and works with Handy Scanner. It has great potential for math teacher use and formative assessment. You can go over the answers to quizzes with students immediately after the quiz because the student can keep her original paper. Grade scans latter. Weekness: Soonr Scribble DOES NOT HAVE AN ERASER.

Nothing new Just for galaxy note? Whatever. Needs internet Connection to work. Marking up doc was useless because it was converted to pdf. No option for underline or strikethrough. To markup local file, I had to UPLOAD to cloud. Then DOWNLOAD to phone. After markup upload to cloud. Everytime I had to open file, I had to download. Ya, I can cache. But, only soonr can open that file. Too hard to find where the file was cached. New version of adobe reader is far better than this app.

Could be great but currently fails to work Cannot get it to work on Galaxy Note, in particular I cannot get it to download files (keeps waiting indefinitely). The s-pen also works very slowly resulting in some strokes missing while writing, which defeats the whole purpose of the app.
