Read the app description. which states this app comes with phone, it was not mysteriously installed. Just like all apps that come with the phone you can not uninstall. Description states for the visually impaired, why do you say you don't know what it does. If you don't like what it does - follow the instructions and disable it. This non-add supported app its not causing your pop-UPS.

This is spam (along with kickback, talkback) being spammed onto our phones by appbrain - maybe appbrain was hacked? Can't uninstall these!

Thankfully I don't need this ... however, that being said, perhaps you pinheads should consider the not having to BEFORE you blast Google for consideration of those who do?
