SoundBow


SoundBow is a musical instrument with a clean and simple visual interface. You can create music by drawing curves over the screen. Your gesture will be remembered and played back continuously. Each time your ever-looping gesture hits a string, a sound is produced. Apart from direct drawing, you can experiment by moving the strings and rescaling your instrument.

As of version 1.6, SoundBow only supports Android 2.3 or newer versions due to several fundamental changes within the frameworks it has been created with. Permissions: SoundBow needs to read & write data on your SD card in order to save your sound files.

Recent changes:
Now you can record and save your sound compositions into one high quality sound file. Just press the record button and all the sounds of your movements, drawings will be saved into a final wav file under the SoundBow folder on your SD card while recording.

Keep in mind that SoundBow records high quality uncompressed wav files in order to include every detail and nuance of your creation. This might result to very large files when recording long sessions.

great but it would be nice if I could undo a line and if it had a start stop action button

Beautiful! Similar to Sound Thingie on iOS. But more like playing a harp...tempo determined by how fast you sketch your sounds. Note values can be spaced far apart or close together. Just remember: less is more. Sweet app!
