Permissions
We require several permissions on your Android device to operate properly. Here is the list and why we need them.

Network communication
full Internet access - your Spiceworks installation and the Spiceworks community are accessed through the internet.

Phone calls
read phone state and identity - from the people view, when making a call, we need to know if the phone is busy already.

System tools
retrieve running applications - lets us verify if a task has already been started so we have only one instance of activity at a time, and also lets us restart if we run into an unexpected issue.

Recent changes:

Fixed multiple crashes.
Server field now case insensitive.
Fixed issue where tickets would be assigned to the last person who edited them.

Basic Very basic way of interacting with your tickets. Would love if there could be a better UX for inventory.

Capable app This provides a lot of functionality, but is also complex with a learning curve. Good for help desk features.

Works great! But needs custom views. Please add custom views that are created from the desktop side.

Can't copy and paste I can't select text from tickets. I'd like to select the text to copy and paste it to another app, email, etc.
