Permissions
We require several permissions on your Android device to operate properly. Here is the list and why we need them.

Network communication
full Internet access - your Spiceworks installation and the Spiceworks community are accessed through the internet.

Phone calls
read phone state and identity - from the people view, when making a call, we need to know if the phone is busy already.

System tools
retrieve running applications - lets us verify if a task has already been started so we have only one instance of activity at a time, and also lets us restart if we run into an unexpected issue.

Android I can't figure out how to open helpdesk. Every time I click on helpdesk in the app menu, it takes me to a 30 day trial page. Not my tickets. I was having trouble with the app so I uninstalled it and now I can't do anything. Please help.

Great app - just a few things. Great app, have serveral sites and customers with this. Only two things I would say I would like to be added. One - date as it's set in American and can't be changed to British. Two - be able to change username of customers as we have customers email us frequently and would like to be able to get spiceworks to display names and be able to change that in the app, instead of the main install.
