I use Square for online orders, but there is one major problem: the notification sounds for new orders is too short and easy to miss. I have lost multiple orders because staff did not hear the alert. Square should offer a continuous notification option that keeps ringing until someone acknowledges the order, similar to DoorDash.

We have 16 store locations that have it, and then we also have Mobile locations all of our Mobile locations after using it for a couple of hours we can't use tap says it won't connect call square, and they just run you around in circles

The new update is weird. I can't get the tap to pay to work. It also prompts for a tip before I even take their card. I'm having to manually enter everyone, which is taking more of a percentage. Please fix the tap to pay!
