I've been using Square for over 10 years and for the 1st time I'm unhappy. It starts just fine when checking out my 1st client of the day but then when I try again for my next customers "Tap to Pay Reader Failed to Initialize" keeps popping up. I'm connected to the internet at work and my phone isn't old. It’s frustrating because some customers question when I have to put it in manually! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE

I love square. I'm still trying to figure out the Square Appointments. I'm only using the Free version. The paid is way too expensive when I'm already paying processing fees and other scheduling apps run $16 ish

Because you changed it to tap pay I lost pay from my customers, please change it back to the usual pay method.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP! They ask way to personal questions 1.my relationship with the customer 2.what it was for 3.show proof of other transactions 4.well as the fact that I was clear with them that I am a self-employed 18+ entertainer and that the transactions are online due to the fact that I only do my business online. Not to mention that the transactions literally take A WEEK to be available on your square card even if it's only $1 test payment for to them changing their system.
